Sales Representative Job Opening Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between customers and business units, utilizing a consultative selling strategy to understand customers’ business needs and propose solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Gain new business and grow existing customers in line with company strategies to drive growth.
- Win, retain, and develop medium-sized business customers through targeted sales activities.
- Maximize sales growth from existing customers through the development of new sales and marketing strategies.
- Build rapport and trust with customers by staying informed about their business and the market.
- Recommend solutions based on customer needs using industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal teams and sales channels to support customer retention and provide comprehensive supply chain services.
- Collect customer information and prepare necessary documents for implementation and handover.
- Perform all aspects of the sales process and update relevant activities using CRM daily.
Sales Representative Job Opening Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of field sales experience in freight forwarding or 2 years of operational experience.
- Knowledge of logistics processes, systems, and solutions.
- Proficient in PC operations and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with international commercial transportation, particularly air and ocean freight.
- Outgoing, upbeat, and resourceful personality.
- Ability to navigate a global network to ensure excellent customer service.
