- Lead the design, secure implementation, management, and administration of organizational Sales Compensation Plans.
- Work with the Market Sales Director and the Finance Director to set budget targets, market segments, and account assignments.
- Create and track sales performance against annual objectives.
- Facilitate the selection and implementation of a new CRM solution for the organization.
- Schedule and procure all sales training programs.
Sales Operations Manager (Chicago, Il Area) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Advanced Business degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of sales operations experience.
- Extensive experience in CRM and Sales Technology tools.
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills.
