- The Owners’ Representative will create an overall project master schedule.
- Create a management plan to streamline communications and approvals.

Owners’ Representative (Grand Rapids Area) Job Requirements:
- Previous real estate development job experience.
- A past job experience working in construction management or design build.
- Demonstrated skill in created schedules and project timelines.
- Aptness in reconciling progress and projections to meet scheduled goals.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and to evaluate whether the construction matches specifications.
- Exceptional record keeping and organizational skills.
- Able to manage cash flow for various jobs.
- Advanced negotiation tactics to conform with changes in work.
- Exposure to concrete construction, carpentry, finish construction, as well as electrical and plumbing systems.
- Easily works with others and cooperates.
- Champion of safe construction practices, site safety, and organization.
- Previous familiarity with LEED practices.
- A true leader, able to oversee and keep the construction project running smoothly.
