New Haven, Connecticut Manufacturing Supervisor Job Opening
- Oversee hourly employees and assign work areas and schedules
- Ensure production and earned hours are reflected correctly
- Perform Quality control functions during production runs to ensure production and quality objectives are achieved
- Responsible for any necessary corrective actions within the department
- Perform audits on all processes, and provide training on work instructions and quality measures as necessary
Manufacturing Supervisor (New Haven, CT) Job Requirements:
- Minimum two years or technical school or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of labor and time reporting systems
- Experience with MRP systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Dedication to lean manufacturing operations and continuous improvement processes
