- Implement safety and manufacturing standards and best practices consistently across operations.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and finance leaders to ensure integration and balance of production requirements.
- Communicate key stakeholders’ business performance and strategic initiatives.
- Provide leadership and direction to maintenance team including development and accountability.
- Manage plant costs within budget including unit costs, maintenance supplies, and capital projects.
Maintenance Engineering Manager (Rock Springs, Wyoming) Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline required.
- At least 5 years of experience maintaining equipment in a mining environment.
- Prior experience managing a team.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 regulations.
