- Lead lean process improvement projects plant wide.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to advance continuous improvement skills.
- Improve existing plant methodologies and suggest new processes.
- Train members of staff on lean methodology.
- Utilize lean tools and introduce them into existing frameworks.
Lean Engineer (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- A minimum of five years in a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive continuous improvement experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience leading lean six sigma projects.
