Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Agriculture, or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Alternatively, another 2 or 4-year degree with at least 7 years of related experience.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in identifying design flaws, recognizing design commonality, and proposing robust solutions.
- Knowledge in programming, hydraulics, electronics, statistics, material strength, product durability, and serviceability.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to foster positive relationships with peers and customers.
- Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication.
