Minneapolis Director of Operations Overview:

The Minneapolis Director of Operations will lead all operations processes and manufacturing technique implementation in the Midwest region and will be expected to have previous experience with operations procedures covering multiple manufacturing sites. This job will require roughly 50-70% travel in the Midwest and the Director of Operations is expected to create and maintain operations goals that access the performance of various departments in the company. In addition, this operations role will support various department managers and directors and will promote a highly successful and cohesive team culture. 

Minneapolis Director of Operations Job Opening

• The Director of Operations will be overseeing all day to day operations efforts in manufacturing plants in three states across the Midwest.
• The ideal candidate for this job will be comfortable leading the implementation of 5S and Lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and increase productivity across the Midwest region.
• The Director of Operations will create, improve, and implement processes at the greater Minneapolis, Minnesota manufacturing site that cut costs and save money for the organization.
• This job will have a large role in sustaining staffing and hiring operations at the greater Minneapolis, MN location.

Director of Operations (Minneapolis Area) Job Requirements:

• Ten (10) years of experience as a Director of Operations or Operations Manager and three (3) years of experience in medical device manufacturing is required.
• Experience in multi-site operations and leading Kaizen events is preferred.
• Regional travel for this job will be roughly 50-70% across a three-state radius in the Midwest.
