This job will be responsible for directly overseeing engineers and will have a hands-on role in product development. Des Moines Director of Product Development Job Opening:
- The Director of Product Development will be responsible for assembling a team of engineers to develop new software, hardware, and firmware for use in consumer safety devices.
- This job will manage the development team of engineers but will also be on the front lines of product development.
- This role will also require coordination between in-house and outsourced engineers to effectively and efficiently develop new products.
