Boston Compliance Coordinator Overview:
The Boston Compliance Coordinator will serve as the facility’s subject matter expert concerning all issues of quality and compliance. The Compliance Coordinator will monitor quality systems and perform regular actions to maintain certification each year. The Compliance Coordinator will regularly evaluate quality staff actions and provide feedback to consistently improve the quality system. The Boston Compliance Coordinator will keep current with any changes to quality standards. Additionally, this person will lead trainings for quality personnel.
Boston Compliance Coordinator Job Opening
- The Boston Compliance Coordinator ensure that the facility functions within all quality requirements and regulations.
- Create policies and standards to keep the facility within compliance for quality standards.
- Ensure customer specifications are met.
- The Boston Compliance Coordinator will ensure all documents for licenses and permits are filed properly and appropriately.
- Develop, schedule, and lead trainings for quality and plant personnel to improve quality systems.
- Ensure that quality personnel are thoroughly trained in testing procedures.
- The Boston Compliance Coordinator will regularly analyze quality results to find areas needing focus.
- Responsible for performing annual risk analyses.
- Monitor investigations into complaints.
- The Boston Compliance Coordinator will coordinate inspections and audits.
- Perform customer service activities as they related to quality issues when necessary.
- Plan process improvements and train staff in new processes or systems.
- Perform other actions as directed.
Compliance Coordinator (Boston Area) Job Requirements:
- A four year degree in engineering or a related area from an accredited university.
- At least 5-7 years of related experience.
- At least 3 years of quality management experience directing technicians.
- Familiar with SQF quality standards.
- Demonstrated understanding of regulations which directly govern the company’s products.
- Possession of or an ability to obtain OSHA and PCQI certifications.
- A familiarity with human resource laws.
- A high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong mathematical and logical reasoning skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite of programs, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional problem solving skills.
