Jonesboro Manufacturing Engineer Overview:

The Manufacturing Engineer will primarily perform evaluations of existing processes within the Jonesboro manufacturing facility and develop corrective actions based on identified issues. For this job, the Jonesboro Manufacturing Engineer will report directly to executive management and will be tasked with developing and implementing solutions in response to manufacturing issues.

Jonesboro Manufacturing Engineer Job Opening

For this position, the Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for identifying manufacturing issues within the Jonesboro manufacturing plant and creating solutions to rectify them.
A supplementary job of the Jonesboro Manufacturing Engineer is to perform market research and utilize that data in developing processing improvements.
For this job, there are minimal travel requirements outside of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
The Jonesboro Manufacturing Engineer will additionally work closely with several other engineers and will be tasked with training and mentoring other technicians within the plant.

Manufacturing Engineer (Jonesboro Area) Job Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-focused discipline is required for this job.
A minimum of five years of relevant experience within a manufacturing setting is preferred.
Must have exceptional leadership skills.
CAD/CAM certifications are a plus for this job.
Excellent analytical skills.
