The Senior Project Engineer will report to the Engineering Group Manager for this job.

  • The role will draft and conceptualize injection molded products and present them to the Engineering Group Manager.
  • The position must research the industry and expand product lines.
  • The Senior Project Engineer will collaborate with sales and marketing team to drive and market innovation.
  • The role will oversee a team of engineers, technicians, interns, and supporting staff and will mentor and train them to operational efficiency.
  • The Senior Project Engineer will take on any additional jobs as necessary. 
Senior Project Engineer (Tucson Area) Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a mechanical engineering field or a similar technical-related discipline.
  • A minimum of eight years of project design or product engineering experience.
  • Experience with injection molding, CAD, and 3D modeling is required for this job.
  • Experience with manufacturing and designing low-cost, high volume, and high quality products is preferred for this job.
