The Toledo, Ohio Training Specialist will need to support and assist the logistics processes with which the contracted business conducts their operations. He or she will need to adhere to the client company’s rules and policies all the while working with them at the Toledo, Ohio plant. The Training Specialist will need to work on fixing minor issues that occur in the client company’s processes. This job will involve audits and enforcements of proper and streamlined logistics. No one will be reporting to the Training Specialist.

• The Training Specialist is mainly responsible for the integration and enforcement of logistics solutions for the contracted client plant.
• The role must solve logistical errors that occur during the integration process.
• The position must assist client shipping and receiving functions.
• The Training Specialist will audit the logistics of the Toledo plant.
• The role will assist with processes at the Toledo plant.
• The position must be an extension of the organization’s values and missions.
• The Training Specialist will train the client company on the organization’s standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Travel is not required outside of Toledo, Ohio for this role.
• The Training Specialist will perform special projects or other duties as assigned.

Training Specialist (Toledo Area) Job Requirements:

• A 4 year Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred for this job.
• Around 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain job experience.
• Auditing and compliance experience is a plus for this job.
• Ability to work autonomously and without supervision.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and figure out ways to solve problems.
• Demonstrated experience working with shipments is a big plus for this role.
• Strong communications skills are preferred.
