The Tempe Manufacturing Manager will drive process improvement and manufacturing best practices at the greater Tempe, AZ manufacturing site. The primary job of this role will be to ensure that all manufacturing systems are in direct compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines. This role will be highly cross-functional, as the Manufacturing Manager will have to work across production, quality, and engineering departments in order to implement process changes. This role will have to record business requirements, process flows, and training material, as the job demands standardization across the company at each manufacturing site. - There is little travel associated with this role.
- The Manufacturing Manager will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on manufacturing best practices for the company.

- A master’s degree or an MBA is preferred for this job.
- Six sigma and other continuous improvement and lean manufacturing experience are plusses for this job.
