Sacramento Site Manager Overview:
The Site Manager will lead their site to reaching set cost savings goals, achieved through driving KPIs, analyzing the sites spend, and set goals for the site. In this role the Site Manager will be interacting with the client at all levels. This may include attending meetings, presenting metrics, and uncovering and resolving various issues as they arise. They will be tasked with navigating the balance between engaging with local suppliers directly and participation with both internal corporate supply agreements. In this position the Site Manager will have both direct and indirect reports.

- The main responsibility of the Sacramento Site Manager is to ensure the continual success of the MRO Storeroom.
- The site manager will be tasked with overseeing the Inventory, Purchasing, and Distribution aspects of the site.
- There will be minimal amount of travel involved with this role.
- The Site Manager will be expected to be able to communicate and resolve any issues that may arise with the customer.
- The Site Manager will be expected to manage a team of both direct and indirect reports.
- The Sacramento Site Manager will be expected to be flexible and be able to tackle other responsibilities as they arise.
Site Manager (Sacramento Area) Job Requirements:
- A four year degree BA/BS.
- More than 5 years experience with MRO Procurement.
- At least 2 years experience managing or supervising teams.
- Experience with inventory management.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
- Strong knowledge of the supply chain process.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
