Sacramento Program Manager Overview:
The Program Manager at the Sacramento site will be held accountable for the buyer and site manager groups. This Program manager will also be tasked with the execution and success of the Master Services Agreements and Site Operating Agreements between this international company and its multi site client facilities. In addition to these roles they will be held responsible for maintaining and enforcing all ISO, safety, and security procedures. As well as develop and improve current management reporting; build the correct process flows, streamline procedures and providing data enhancements.

- Effectively communicates with all levels of the client’s organization
- Able to present monthly performance results to the client’s key program sponsors
- Monitor, supervise and provide ongoing feedback and training to Site personnel in all aspects of their positions.
- Responsible for developing unity, morale and welfare at all levels of subordinate positions and working towards their professional development.
- Assists in the development of annual Business Plans for area of responsibility including periodic updates related to revenue/EBITDA projections
- Monitor labor reporting, accounts receivable reports and invoice discrepancy reports
- Responsible for monitoring job reports for assigned locations and playing a key role in meeting revenue and profit objectives.
Program Manager (Sacramento Area) Job Requirements:
- 10+ years experienced in building relationships, leading and working in Supply Chain, Procurement or similarly industry
- Four-year college degree and MBA is preferred
- Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.
- Computer proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Proven ability with Excel, PowerPoint and MS project preferred.
- Experience and familiarity with inventory control, receiving, and shipping processes
- ISM or CPM certification or ability to acquire.
