Minneapolis Product Engineer Overview:
The Product Engineer in Minneapolis will be responsible for engineering, developing, and refining proposed product solutions through the application of engineering principles, skills and methodologies to support a wide assortment of products both sourced and manufactured. The Product Engineer will need to work collaboratively with other members of the product design team in addition to other teams in the Minneapolis area facility. Part of this job will be ensuring the feasibility of proposed new product designs and redesigning existing products to fix problems with cost, schedule, function, or aesthetic constraints. This role will be responsible for sharing recommendations and alternative approaches to the overall design, engineering, manufacturing, and packaging of the product to help cross-functional teams solve product design issues.

Product Engineer (Minneapolis Area) Job Requirements:
- Candidates must have a four-year degree from an accredited degree granting institution in the field of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering.
- This position requires a minimum three years of experience working with product or product component manufacturing methodologies, tools, and approaches.
- Must have certification or experience working in Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing environments.
