The main job function of the Executive Assistant will be to directly support the President of an organization. He or She will be the main point of contact for those having business with the President. This job demands an individual will expert organizational, time management, and communication skills to ensure all tasks are completed within a timely manner. The Executive Assistant will be utilizing Microsoft Suite on a daily basis, therefore proficiency within the software is required to succeed at this job. Executive Assistant (Los Angeles Area) Job Requirements:
- An Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred for this position
- Expertise in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, Abode Acrobat, and various Social Media platforms is required
- Between 5 – 10 years of experience supporting C-Suite Executives in an administrative setting
- Strong written and oral communication skills are required
- At this time, this job requires little to no travel
