Jonesboro Plant Manager Overview:

The principal function of the Plant Manager will be to supervise and manage the everyday operations within the company’s manufacturing plant by overseeing staff and resources. The Plant Manager will be responsible for achieving plant objectives by ensuring the efficiency of production, the high quality of products, and the safety of manufacturing facility. Frequently, the Jonesboro Plant Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with several other teams including sales to ensure the performance of all departments within the plant. Plant Manager (Plant Manager) Job Requirements:

• At least a four-year degree (BS) in an engineering or business administration field from an accredited university.
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience within an applicable industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills are a must for this job.
