- Act as the main human resources team leader for the entire facility.
- Offer assistance in labor relations and other HR related tasks.
- Assist and establish the HR transformation process and methodologies for the company.
- Oversee multiple HR team members.
- Provide assistance to employees based on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
HR Manager(Greensboro, NC) Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is required.
- Candidates should possess minimum of 4 years of HR management experience.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution facility is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills are required for success in this position.
- Candidates should have experience in the writing of letters, and other documents. As well as the use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
