• Develop and manage cross-functional and product-focused programs. 
• Allocate program resources and maintain budget allocation. 
• Plan and execute engineering deliverables to support production of components. 
• Communicate priorities and program plans with stakeholders. 
• Support monthly operations reviews with assessments and corrective action as needed. 

Engineering Program Manager (Baltimore, Maryland) Job Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline required. 
• At least 5 years of previous experience in an engineering role. 
• Prior experience in aerospace component manufacturing environments. 
• Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Understanding of relevant industry and local regulations.
