The primary function of the Human Resources Generalist will be managing administration and human resources related functions for the organization including, but not limited to, recruiting, compensation, and benefits. In addition, he or she will be responsible for conducting background evaluations and orientations for new employees. The Human Resources Generalist will also be tasked with handling conflicts and issues that may arise amongst employees by reaching a solution. Frequently, the Human Resources Generalist will remain current on regulations and industry knowledge to assist management. For this job, the Human Resources Generalist will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for accomplishing all the administrative duties of the organization.
