Sales Manager (Detroit Area) Job Requirements:
- A four year degree in engineering or operations management or ten years of progressive experience for a molding company.
- A proven understanding of the technical aspects of molding.
- A demonstrated understanding of automotive materials and selling to OEMs as well as Tier 1 suppliers.
- A proven history of manufacturing sales.
- Good computer skills, able to use basic office software such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Self-starter, able to work with little to now direction and drive productivity in others.
- Flexible to frequent changes.
- Able to travel as necessary.
