For this job, the President will direct, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the Vice Presidents, ensuring they are operating their portion of the company to its maximum potential at the Charlotte, North Carolina location.
Oversee the development of yearly budgets with the Vice President of Operations and all appropriate finance staff.
The President will develop programs and processes to implement necessary changes in order to meet organizational strategic goals at the Charlotte, North Carolina plant.
Travel to customers when necessary and serve as the chief ambassador for the company.
Negotiate high level deals and contracts with key clients while working from the Charlotte, North Carolina plant.
Establish growth and profit goals for the short and long term, implement strategies to meet those goals.

Maintain an exceptional knowledge of industry trends and innovations. Keep membership with trade organizations, attend trade shows for the company and for self improvement, stay current with industry periodicals and journals.

President (Charlotte Area) Job Requirements:

A minimum of a four-year degree from an accredited college or university.
Masters of Business Administration is strongly preferred for this job.
Experience in a technical role, and an understanding for technical aspects of products is a necessity for this position.
CNC experience is preferred for this job.
Experience with titanium parts is strongly preferred.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, written and verbal.
Proven history of implementing successful strategies.
Several years of experience managing an organization successfully.
