Austin Warehouse Manager Overview:

The Warehouse Manager will manage, hire, and train all of the warehouse associates at the distribution center. This role must be able to adjust to seasonal trends while forecasting demand and prepping the warehouse with commodities to ship out to customers. The Austin Warehouse Manager will run in-depth reports on agreed upon key performance indicators (KPIs) and report them to executive management while on-site in Texas. The Warehouse Manager will additionally be responsible for the Austin, Texas’s warehouse safety and security. A successful Warehouse Manager for this role will have a semblance of project management and subject matter expertise in the shipping industry.

• Experience lifting 40 pounds a day and managing inventory is required for this job.
• Experience staffing the warehouse with temporary workers to sustain seasonal trends.
• At least 10 years of experience in in logistic and transport.
