  • Supervise daily work and provide technical assistance across maintenance department. 
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs for HVAC, refrigeration, and steam systems. 
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns and related issues as they arise. 
  • Continuously work to identify areas for plant improvement and process efficiencies, including estimating investments required.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related is required for this role. 
  • At least 5 years plant maintenance experience in an industrial environment. 
  • Demonstrated strong mechanical/electrical aptitude.

  • Working knowledge and programming ability of PLC ladder logic (such as Rockwell Automation) is preferred for this role.
