Molding Supervisor Southern, MI Job Opening:  

  • Give direction and oversite to teams including machine operators, material handlers, processers, and technicians. 
  • Must be an excellent communicator between teams with hazards, issues, safety concerns, conflicts, ensuring deadlines are met, efficiency, and quality control standards.  
  • Ability to root cause problems and ensure customer deadlines are met with a sense of urgency and adherence to quality and production standards.  
  • Train, develop, lead, and coordinate schedules of all staff for shift. Act as resource for staff.  
  • Delegate work to employees and have the ability to identify and resolve any workplace problems, including performance of teams.  

Molding Supervisor (Southern Michigan area) Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, similar job experience will be considered.  
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar industry, preferably materials manufacturing.   
  • Have familiarity with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local regulatory standards.  
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a huge plus, but not required. 
  • Expertise in Microsoft programs like Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
