The main job of the Plant Manager will be to improve manufacturing processes at the greater Houston, Texas plant. For this job, the Plant Manager will be overseeing several employees, ranging from production technicians to engineers and maintenance technicians. The Plant Manager will also need to ensure that the company stays ahead of production and is able to keep up with customer demand. Additionally, the Plant Manager will have a role in championing several continuous improvement projects that span across several departments at the plant, including human resources, manufacturing, quality and engineering, and marketing.
