Additionally, the Seattle Accounting Manager will prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliation and research as required. The Accounting Manager will have Business Unit level HR responsibilities including completion of new hire documents, as well as reviewing and obtaining approval of time-cards on a weekly basis. This role will be the main point of contact for employees at the Business Unit level for complaints, injuries or any other HR related incidents, including worker’s compensation reporting and safety requirements.

Reporting to the Owners, the General Manager will be responsible for managing the organization’s structure in the United States, including one branch office, a team of 10 employees, and a P&L of $20 million.

General Manager Job Opening Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy to generate revenues, optimize costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Lead sales efforts and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and development.
  • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance metrics (KPIs) for operational excellence.
