Core Responsibilities:

CNC Operations:
- Facilitate CNC Vertical mill center set up, operation, and programming adjustments.
- Execute initial and periodic QC assessments of parts to ascertain conformity to desired standards.
- Strategically plan machining timelines based on work orders, blueprints, and material specifics.
- Simultaneously oversee and operate multiple machines.
Maintenance & Inspection:
- Facilitate regular set-up and break-down procedures of machining centers.
- Administer periodic preventive maintenance, including fluid level checks.
- Conduct routine tooling inspections and ensure optimal functioning.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Liaise with engineering teams and management to deliver on-spec, high-quality parts.
- Train and supervise machine operators, fostering an environment of learning and excellence.
- Interpret prints, plans, sketches, and detailed shop drawings.
- React promptly to urgent order requests, showcasing agility in fast-paced, team-driven settings.

Candidate Profile:

Graduated from a trade school or holds equivalent credentials.
Demonstrates 5+ years of expertise with CNC Equipment.
Proficient in Master Cam; experience with Siemens is an added advantage.
Deep-rooted understanding of shop methodologies and adeptness in using various shop tools.
Expertise in leveraging Micrometer, calipers, and other precision measurement tools.
Acquainted with stainless steel and its intricacies.
Knowledgeable about a range of shop machinery, including manual mills, saws, sanders, and drills.
Physical prowess to manage loads up to 50lbs.
