The CEO must scale the business appropriately in order to grow and progress the company toward its various business objectives. The CEO will also provide mentorship and training to the other department heads within the organization. The CEO will report to the board of the company and will be evaluated on several key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect growth of the business.

- At least 10 years of experience in the machining tool and precision machining industry.
