Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Quality Manager to lead and elevate quality assurance processes across all areas of production. This role is key to ensuring that products meet regulatory standards and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, deep understanding of quality systems, and strong leadership skills to drive continuous improvement and maintain operational excellence.

Position Responsibilities

Quality Systems Oversight

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal requirements.
  • Lead audits (internal and external) and manage documentation related to ISO or other regulatory certifications.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor quality assurance personnel to ensure accountability and high performance.
  • Provide training and support on quality procedures, tools, and improvement initiatives.

Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis

  • Investigate product or process non-conformities and customer complaints.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for quality improvements and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, production, and supply chain to optimize processes and reduce variation.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a quality management or senior quality role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, PPAP, 8D) and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.
