The Nashville Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance activities and planning within an assigned area. - The Nashville Maintenance Manager will take part in developing technical training requirements.
- Keep record of equipment uptime. Develop plans for corrective action when downtime becomes an issue.
- Receive, review, and make judgments on purchase requisitions.
- The Nashville Maintenance Manager will assist in the installation of new equipment as well as the modification of current equipment.
- Receive expense reports, petty cash requests, and other request-related documentation. Perform reviews on requests and approve as appropriate based on company policies.
- Administer the new model and spare parts programs
- The Nashville Maintenance Manager will create a schedule for projects and lead in the coordination of equipment selection, acquisition, installation, training, debug, and launch.

Maintenance Manager (Nashville Area) Job Requirements:
- A four year degree from an accredited institution related to manufacturing.
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional is preferred.
- Ten years of maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance and working in a reliability centered environment.
- A minimum of five years of management experience.
- Familiarity with word processing, spread sheet, and email software.
