The Die Designer will need to be knowledgeable on several manufacturing processes, including forming, extrusion, stamping, and forging. Additionally, he or she will need to be able to read blueprints for product specifications, as the company prides itself on delivering the perfect product and delivering a high degree of customer service.  The Die Designer will not be in charge of mentoring or training any other employees, but will be reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager at the greater Ann Arbor, Michigan area.
