Baltimore HR Coordinator Job Opening
- Helps with the recruitment process and interview/selection process for all new hires
- Assists with new-employee orientation and maintenance of employee files
- Responsible for tracking employee benefit plans including retirement, health care, and worker’s comp
- Ensures the accuracy of payroll processes
- Responsible for scheduling exit-interviews for outgoing employees
HR Coordinator Job Requirements
- Must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a human resources related field
- 2+ years of experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing environments or on plant floors
- Local to the Baltimore area
- Experience using HR software and HRIS databases
