Flight Automation Technician

We are seeking a Flight Automation Technician to join our client’s rapidly growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in performing maintenance and repairs on advanced electromechanical packaging machines, air compressors, robots, and other related equipment used in mobile packaging systems. You will work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the optimization of packaging lines, driving efficiency and innovation in mobile manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and troubleshooting experience, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Position Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repairs

  • Electromechanical Packaging Machines: Perform maintenance and repairs on electromechanical packaging machines, air compressors, robots, tray formers, and other related equipment used in mobile packaging deployments.
  • Troubleshooting: Evaluate equipment failures for root cause and work with the technical team to implement improvements on the equipment.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Follow PM schedules and procedures, recording all relevant information in the maintenance management system (CMMS).

System Setup & Optimization

  • Deployment & Installation: Support the deployment and setup of new mobile packaging equipment installations.
  • Line Changeovers: Change over lines based on pre-programmed recipes for new packaging formats.
  • Optimizing Performance: Develop a deep understanding of best practices and optimization techniques for packaging lines in collaboration with Engineering and Operations teams.

Modifications & Upgrades

  • Equipment Modifications: Install modifications and upgrades to equipment as instructed by the manager.
  • Maintenance Support: Lubricate, clean, and service equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Safety & Environment

  • Safety Practices: Maintain a safe, clean working area and adhere to all safety practices while working with factory equipment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 90% of the time, providing on-site support across various locations.

Other Tasks

  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by management to support operations and team needs.

Prerequisites

  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Mechanical Expertise: Skilled with hand tools and mechanical systems.
  • Electrical Troubleshooting: Experience with electrical troubleshooting up to 480 Volts preferred.
  • Industrial Robots & PLCs: Experience working around and troubleshooting industrial robots and PLCs.
  • Safety Knowledge: Strong knowledge of safety practices when working with factory equipment.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, kneeling, stooping, crawling, and operating machinery like a sky jack up to 22 feet.

Position Responsibilities

  • Design, evaluate, and implement air emission control systems for manufacturing processes involving solvents

Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IPG Automation Engineer to lead the development and implementation of electrical and controls systems across twenty-seven (27) manufacturing and five (5) mining facilities across the U.S. This role will play a critical part in driving automation strategy, supporting capital projects, and reducing process variation in Ceilings, Insulation, Plasterboard, Finishing, and Mining operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop, install, and commission control and automation systems including PLCs, HMI/SCADA, MES, and IIoT networks
  • Execute retrofits involving AC/servo drives and modifications to PLCs and HMIs aligned with modernization initiatives
  • Manage full project life cycle including scope, budgeting, planning, execution, and reporting
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards, project milestones, and quality objectives
  • Provide on-site and remote support to troubleshoot complex automation and control systems
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Production Managers on process adjustments and system improvements
  • Implement and standardize process controls architecture across locations
  • Support ongoing optimization and root cause analysis efforts
  • Coordinate external contractors, controls engineers, and system vendors

We are seeking a results-driven Purchasing Manager to lead the U.S.-based procurement operations across our domestic supplier and manufacturing network. This strategic role is central to managing vendor relationships, controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely material availability for our ergonomic furniture and workspace product lines. Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in domestic procurement, preferably within the office furniture or commercial manufacturing space, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement initiatives across U.S.-based vendors and manufacturers for key product components (wood, metals, plastics, hardware, packaging).
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, contracts, and payment terms to ensure cost-efficiency and performance.
  • Build, strengthen, and manage strategic vendor partnerships that align with operational and quality objectives.
  • Work closely with product development, operations, and design teams to ensure procurement activities align with production needs and timelines.
  • Ensure seamless communication with internal stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve supply challenges.
  • Establish and monitor supplier KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective measures when needed.
  • Forecast demand, track inventory procurement, and balance between stock sufficiency and cost control.
  • Refine procurement systems and documentation practices to scale with the business.
  • Use ERP tools (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) to manage vendor data, procurement activity, and reporting.
  • Stay updated on market conditions, pricing trends, and U.S. manufacturing capabilities to support strategic sourcing.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA or APICS/ISM certifications are a strong plus
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement operations focused on U.S.-based suppliers
  • Background in furniture, office products, or manufacturing is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Steelcase-style procurement models or experience with major furniture brands such as Herman Miller, Knoll, or Haworth
  • Expertise in vendor negotiation, cost analysis, and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Deep understanding of U.S. logistics, sourcing, and manufacturing compliance
  • Proven ability to thrive in cross-functional, fast-paced settings
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Our client is seeking a creative, data-driven, and product-savvy Category Manager with a strong pulse on the U.S. furniture market and deep knowledge of consumer behavior. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands how furniture products are made—but why people love them. You’ll be responsible for leading full-cycle category strategy across selected home furniture segments like garage organization, kitchen storage, bedroom furniture, sofas, and outdoor products. With a direct hand in product planning, development, and go-to-market execution, you’ll work across both domestic and international teams to deliver innovative and commercially successful furniture solutions.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead product category strategy and development across one or more of the following segments: garage, kitchen, bedroom, sofa/living room, outdoor.
  • Conduct ongoing market, trend, and competitive analysis (both in-store and digital) to identify high-opportunity products.
  • Guide product assortment planning with a deep understanding of what resonates with the end consumer—and why.
  • Partner with R&D, factories, design, and marketing to bring high-demand products from concept to market.
  • Coordinate with U.S. and China-based teams on sourcing, pricing, timelines, and quality control.
  • Hire and manage Product Managers within each assigned category, fostering ownership and accountability.
  • Present data-backed insights, trend opportunities, and product roadmaps to leadership.
  • Oversee pricing strategy, margin optimization, and inventory turnover performance.
  • Ensure category P&L success and compliance with all regulatory and retailer-specific requirements.

Prerequisites

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture category management or product development
  • Deep product intuition with the ability to translate market signals into successful products
  • Hands-on experience across furniture construction, sourcing, and consumer research
  • Proven track record in competitive pricing, margin control, and merchandising strategy
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, vendor partnerships, and international sourcing (China preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills and comfort working across cross-border teams
  • Proficient in Excel and data/planning tools related to forecasting and lifecycle management
