Detroit Area General Manager Job Opening
- Oversee daily restaurant operations.
- Manage financial reporting and accountability of company funds.
- Train and develop shift leaders, cooks, and restaurant employees.
- Maintain food and labor costs at optimum levels.
- Must have excellent customer-services skills to respond to complaints in an appropriate and timely manner.
General Manager (Detroit Area) Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of managerial experience in the food-service industry.
- Experience in a fast-casual dining environment is preferred.
- Understanding of current HR related laws and best practices.
- Must have sound managerial and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work 50+ hour work week including occasional nights and weekends.
