  • The Manufacturing Supervisor will also need to run production jobs to meet a set schedule on time in order to avoid delays in the manufacturing process.
  • This role will need to help adjust the manufacturing process in order to keep up with variances in the production schedule. Additionally, the Manufacturing Supervisor will need to help correct any delays in the process.
  • This Detroit, Michigan job is also responsible assisting in keeping the facility tidy and orderly.
  • The Manufacturing Supervisor will also need to keep track of and report any problems with the machines or tools that the facility utilizes.
  • This job takes on the responsibility of the quality of parts that are being manufactured at the Detroit plant.
  • This position will need to make sure that the parts being created adhere to ISO standards.
Manufacturing Supervisor (Detroit Area) Job Requirements: 
  • At least a high school degree is required for this Detroit, Michigan job.
  • Some knowledge of the plastic injection molding industry is required for this job.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this job.
  • At least two years of job experience as a process or set-up technician.
