Oakland Commodity Manager Overview:
The Commodity Manager will be the primary point of contact for all purchases regarding composite materials (fiberglass, plastic, etc.). It is the job of the Commodity Manager to create a roadmap for the supply chain of composite parts which will be followed by engineers, buyers, management and others at this Oakland, California company. The Commodity Manager will work daily to purchase composite commodities. In addition, the Commodity Manager will be in charge of leading the drive to keep costs low while still ensuring product availability and providing excellent service to both internal and external customers. This job will report directly to the Manager of Material Procurement and Freight at the Oakland, California facility.
