Cedar Rapids Plant Manager Job Opening 

  • Oversees plant production plans in terms of safety, quality, and coordination of supply chain activities. 
  • Establishes and directs a strong lean manufacturing program throughout the production floor. 
  • Implementation of new project launches, utilization of new materials and increase of production capacity. 
  • Effectively lead the production team to maximize employee efficiency and productivity. 
  • Coordination of all safety policies and procedures on the plant level with the Safety Manager.
