  • Design, implement, and apply continuous improvement principles for the Quality Management System for distribution. 
  • Lead and develop team of quality professionals and build a high-performance work culture and strong collaboration across departments. 
  • Establish corrective and preventative action programs and overall maintenance of the quality system. 
  • Participate and assist in product design discussions including quality planning, risk analysis, and risk mitigation.
