Some industries that would be preferable would be power tools, consumer electronics, computer hardware, tier-one automotive, or contract manufacturing.
Job history of strategic and tactical planning techniques to improve a supply chain.
At least fifteen years of job experience selecting, qualifying, and negotiating with parts vendors.
Thorough understanding of outsourcing models and managing contract manufacturer relationships.
Demonstrated experience in negotiating commercial contracts.
Mastery of identifying the highest quality part vendors for the most reasonable cost.
