For this job, the Plant Manager will mainly be responsible for heading up the improvement and efficiency of the Flint plant by utilizing various continuous improvement and leadership techniques, such as six sigma and kaizen. The Plant Manager will need to make sure that the parts that are manufactured are being made and delivered on time and with a high quality. Additionally, the Plant Manager will also have many direct reports and managerial responsibilities, so his or her job will be very crucial to the success of the Flint plant.

Plant Manager (Flint Area) Job Requirements:
- A 4-year Bachelor’s degree is required for this job (engineering, manufacturing, or business disciplines preferred).
- At least 5 years of job experience managing a manufacturing/industrial facility, automotive industry preferred for this job.
- Demonstrated job experiences of effective leadership, communication, and decision-making processes.
