• Lead global marketing strategies including product planning, new development, promotional activities, and pricing strategies. 
• The Marketing Manager will be a key member of the strategic business unit’s strategic planning processes. 
• Directly improve and manage product quality in conjunction with engineering and manufacturing capabilities. 
• Develop and utilize your global expertise of the competition, customers, and end users to drive marketing strategies and product roadmaps. 
• Hire the contract product management and marketing group management teams. 

Marketing Manager (Tucson, Arizona Area) Job Requirements:  

• Must have a bachelor’s degree, with an MBA preferred. 
• At least 10 years of experience managing a Sales and/or Marketing organization. 
• Proven leader that can develop and drive marketing strategies. 
• Strong leadership abilities that can build and motivate teams. 
• Extensive experience in landscape irrigation market.
