Ann Arbor Machining Manager Overview:
The Machining Manager will be leading all aspects of the machine shop and driving production processes at the Ann Arbor site. He or she will need to communicate business and production goals to production team members and find ways to improve processes in order to increase efficiency. The Machining Manager must integrate lean manufacturing processes into the shop. The Machining Manager will have the entire shop floor at Ann Arbor reporting to him or her. This position will also be reporting to executive management at the Ann Arbor site.
