Oklahoma City Production Manager Overview:
The Production Manager, based in the Oklahoma City area, will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities in the production facility. The Oklahoma City, OK area Production Manager will manage and evaluate machine and other resources in order to optimize production and reduce downtime. This job will also utilize lean methodology to drive improvements across all product lines and the production process. The Production Manager will establish production goals and engage in employee management to ensure that production goals are met while also promoting a culture of safety within the plant. This role will develop and establish production workflow schedules to maximize productivity and reduce expenses.
