Position Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with overall corporate objectives
- Drive growth strategies, ensuring profitability and sustainability in all market areas
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional team
- Facilitate collaboration across departments and ensure accountability in performance
Operational Oversight
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational processes
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and applicable regulations
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Represent the company in key meetings and public engagements as necessary
Prerequisites
- Proven experience in regional or multi-site leadership roles
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills
- Exceptional communication and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance
Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Six Sigma Certification
