We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and drive multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This key role serves as the bridge between field teams and senior leadership, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Position Responsibilities
Project Oversight
- Lead multiple construction projects concurrently from planning through completion.
- Develop, manage, and track project timelines, scopes, and budgets.
- Ensure all phases of work align with company objectives and client expectations.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Act as the primary link between field operations and executive leadership to maintain clear communication and efficient execution.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and external partners.
- Prepare and deliver project updates and performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Risk Mitigation & Compliance
- Identify project risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all projects adhere to company safety standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven success managing budgets and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- OSHA 30
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- LEED AP
What the Role Offers
- Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 (target comp: $90,000–$130,000 based on experience)
- Permanent Placement Fee: 20%
