Position Responsibilities

Project Oversight

  • Lead multiple construction projects concurrently from planning through completion.

Position Responsibilities

Process Development & Optimization

  • Design and implement customer service processes that support faster lead times and broader product offerings.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline is required; Master’s degree is preferred.

  • At least 2 years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment is preferred.

Position Responsibilities

Strategic Raw Materials Management

  • Oversee sourcing strategy for key raw materials across seven sub-business units and over 13 sites.
  • Manage categories such as Acrylic Resins, Phenolic Resins, Green Binder Resins (including citric acid, corn syrup, maltitol, sodium hypophosphite), Batch & Additives, and others.
  • Present category strategies and monthly supplier recommendations to the IPG Management Team.
  • Establish long-term supply strategies aligned with business forecasts and site needs.

Supplier Management & Negotiation

  • Lead all RFP processes using ProSource and ensure all contracts are documented in ProcureNet.

Position Responsibilities

Administrative Oversight

  • Manage general office operations including scheduling, supplies, mail, and vendor coordination
  • Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment

Team & Executive Support

  • Provide administrative support to leadership including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records

Budgeting & Procurement

  • Track office expenses and manage budgets related to supplies, services, and equipment
  • Coordinate with accounting on invoice processing and expense reporting

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the primary liaison between departments, vendors, and clients
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination across teams

Prerequisites

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and common office tools
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment

Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)

  • Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
  • Office Management Certification
  • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP)

Process Controls Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Controls Engineer with hands-on expertise in PLC controls and ladder logic within a production environment. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives on solving complex automation challenges, improving operational efficiency, and working directly on the plant floor. Candidates must have demonstrable experience with PLC systems and ladder logic programming to be considered.

Position Responsibilities

PLC Programming & Troubleshooting

  • Develop, program, and maintain PLC systems for production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and control systems on the plant floor

System Optimization

  • Analyze existing automation processes to identify inefficiencies and implement control system improvements
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through automation upgrades and modifications

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems
  • Assist in training plant personnel on control systems and automation best practices

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate documentation of control system designs, modifications, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all control system implementations

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Proven experience with PLC controls and ladder logic programming in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on the plant floor
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)

  • Certified Automation Professional (CAP)
  • Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Rockwell PLC certification
  • OSHA or safety training certifications
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing certification
