This job will be overseeing a Quality Technician and will be reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance.

  • The Quality Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s quality management system as well as a Quality Technician.
  • The role must interact with customers and clients and serve as the company’s quality representative.
  • The position must support problem-solving initiatives when it comes to resolving issues with quality.
