- The Project Engineer will collaborate with drafters and 3D modelers to develop initial product designs on CAD software.

- Lead in equipment selections and design custom equipment as necessary.

Project Engineer (Detroit Area) Job Requirements:
- A four-year degree from a university in mechanical engineering or a closely related field.
- 4-7 years of experience with industrial equipment or mechanical systems is preferred, less experienced applicants will be considered.
- Proficient in design software, particularly AutoCAD and Solidworks.
- Familiar with the Microsoft office suite of programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
- A team-oriented mindset, able to collaborate and communicate with others to improve a project and reach a goal.
- An attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Able to understand technical drawings, blue prints, schematics, and other such documents.
